Enclose deck and make it part of the lounge area. No structural change required. Will require a re-clad, removing current ranch sliders and installing new windows (probably bifold). Potential management of resource consent although I believe may not be required. Reclad will be the existing fiber cement board to be replaced with weatherboard or similar product.
