Convert my garage to a livable space

Hi, First of all please excuse the mess you see in these photos. I didn't want to wait until I clear everything. This is my garage and I want to convert this space to a livable area with a bedroom, bathroom and a small kitchen (granny flat). 1. I'm attaching few photos of the actual space. 2.
