Add toilet pan to this room Then in existing laundry: - delete external door and place new corner shower there ( note this is the only other external door to the house, other than front door) - place new Vanity in those room also Need existing vs proposed drawn up to submit for council consent for new sanitary fixtures. Price to perform consenting works also
