Design for Rarotonga

Looking to incorporate a 40ft container with a 2 bedroom home design and design to suit a pool being added in the future. Possibility for the container to be self contained and maybe part of it being sectioned off to house expensive tools. Want it to be open plan with dinning on a covered veranda, but still have a lot of light coming in to the home. Want a lot of sliding doors and windows to let the light in. access to an outdoor shower from the bathroom. House is to be built in Rarotonga so also looking to find someone that knows the Cook Island requirements for building and also hopefully has contacts in the engineering side of things to clear off that requirement also. Need to know what it would cost for someone to take on this task for us. Can discuss more if there is anyone that can do this job for us. Thank you
