BUNGALOW RENO: Removing wall, adding window, building deck.

We have recently moved into a 1920's bungalow in Glen Eden. We would like to open the living space a bit and add some light by: 1. Removing a wall - approx 3m long 2. Adding a wall - approx 4m long 3. Replacing/relocating a window 4. Replacing the front bay window with french doors 5. Building a small deck [out from french doors] Then, depending on cost of the above, we would like to add some storage in one of the bedrooms, or perhaps have attic stairs installed - lots of roof space in this cold old bungalow!
