Drawings for a 10-metre concrete fence

I need a 10-metre concrete wall built across the front of my driveway. There would need to be a 3-metre gap (for the driveway) and a 1-metre gap for the footpath gate. I want drawings for the project for my builder to work on. I require deeper than usual foundations and reinforced concrete.

Investigation into partial internal wall removal. Non-load bearing but braced.

West Harbour, Waitakere

Wanting to see if it possible to remove section of internal wall between kitchen and living area. Wall does not appear to be load bearing but has a steel angle (25mmx25mm) brace running diagonally through it. The amount of wall to be removed can be adjusted but mainly just wanting to open up area, so taking out 1800 mm of it would be ideal. Will there be enough full height wall remaining to carry bracing loads? If not, how much of the wall has to stay in order to keep bracing strength?
