Please see below details of the wall i'm looking to take out between the kitchen and living area. This is load bearing for the 2nd story. There is an existing beam covering a short distance which would be removed and replaced with a new full length beam. I also highlighted another wall which will be removed in case relevant, I understand its not load bearing.
