Bathroom renovation, relocation of laundry (equipment) to within garage, relocation of existing kitchen into sunroom, adjust hallway to suit functionality of rooms, create wc closet room to move toilet suite out of bathroom. No additional toilet, just relocated nearby. Most work (superficial and non load bearing alterations) has been undertaken apart from the bathroom modification. House is a 1920' s villa once cut up and relocated from Fendalton to Rangiora (1999). I am an LBP NZ. I just need a Draughty to draw up the minor alterations, so I can get it through a Building Consent application. I have all my trades that I need as required. Just need a Draughty to put together a plan for submission to Council for the Consent. Bruce Leane (owner occupier) --- . ---

Daniel is a top operator. Great building drastsman. Pleasure to do business with! I hope to work with him again. He is professional, respectful and easy to talk things through with. His building knowledge base is current and vast. I have myself a bloody good designing draftsman!
