Concrete Block garage

Will require plans drawn to submit to the Waimakariri district council for a double concrete block garage. - replacing existing one. Will be using the --- blocks ,( usually called 400) Walls 2.4m high. Present garage size 7.7 x 6.1 but will go with what fits block size best. eg 6x7.2 ? One side of garage will be 600mm from boundary so blocks etc fire rated. Double garage door, side door & 1 window. Colour steel roof, and guttering. Have engineering firm 'on board'.

Brooke went out of her way to organise others & make sure the plans etc were submitted to the District Council on time. She took on part of the engineers work to help out. Very pleasant & helpful to deal with. Building consent was issued with no problems.
