I am looking for someone to flesh out an internal floor plan I have in mind for a 'habitable shed' (shell only, to be built by others) of circa 200sqm , to the level of Council submission and usage on-site. Additionally, if you can provide, I would look to you to specify certain requirements for the base build - e.g. as regards an insulated floor slab. Can you indicate interest, availability (over the next month probably), and likely cost schedule/estimate for these services.
