1st story deck

Hi there, Looking for someone to draw me up some plans so I can present to the council. I have 2x450x900mm deep holes that are 3.2m apart and 3m off the house already drilled. (But I can drill more if required). Ideally the overall deck will be 3.6m out from the house and 4.4m in length including the balustrades which I would like to frame out and clad with fibre cement sheet. I’d also like to use the mitek system for the balustrade detail. The height of the deck from ffl below is 2.3m at best and 3m fall at its highest point. I will be using 180x32 vitex for the decking and there will be no roof covering. I will be relocating the down pipe in the photo and also swapping out the window for a set of French doors that are the same width as said window. Cheers, Mike.
