Add a bedroom and enclosed deck

We need a drafting service who will provide a planning layout and renovation design to add a 4th bedroom and enclosed deck. The 4th bedroom will be located in our current deck at the back of the house (21 square meter). WE also have a small deck at the side of our house which we would like to enclose and extend the enclosed deck at the back of our house. Our house was built in 2012 with weatherboard cladding and corrugated steel roof.
