Hi there, We are looking for a professional service and offer a fixed sum contract valued at 33000 NZD plus GST. The project developed the concept is enclosed. We offer the fixed-price contract for architectural services for two stages: 1. to receive the Tauranga Building consent; 2. to monitor construction and receive The Code of Compliance Certificate. We will pay 15000NZD plus GST after completing the First stage and we will pay 18000NZD plus GST in advance for the Second stage. Overal the fixed contract value is 33000ZND plus GST. We wish to be precisely clear for which service or product I will to pay for. We will give some example. When a customer comes to a car dealer to buy a new car, the customer does not care how many meetings, how many engineers, hour rates calculation, time, actions needed to design, assemble and deliver the car to the customer. The customer wishes to pay a fixed sum for a final result (the car) and get a warranty.  Our approach is the same. We wish to pay for the final result (Stage 1 - the Tauranga building consent and Stage 2 - the Code of Compliance Certificate  .)  The swimming pool presented in 3D visualization out of the project scope. Structural engineer company and electrical engineer services are allocated.
