Re clad

We have to take off the Monolithic cladding from our perfectly good house and re clad it to sell. The house is a basic design from the 90's roughly 12 x 6.6m. We need a draft person to draw a design that TGC will accept using shadow clad and new double glazing. This has to be affordable because of the value of the house which is at the low end of the market. After someone to do this sooner rather than later if at all possible. Thanks
