Big art deco house reno architect needed.

We are seeking an architect who can look after the draughting and council consent for some renovation work that will include a 1st storey balcony, putting bi-fold doors into an exterior brick wall which may require a support beam, creating a bathroom from a bedroom and moving some other plumbing fittings around in the other bathroom, also removing a small interior wall which may be load bearing and needing a support beam. We have the design in mind, we need a professional architect to draw it up and do the council submission for us. Looking to start this in the next couple of months. The property is currently tenanted so site visits need to be kept to a minimum. We will be moving into the house over summer and want to start the work then, so would like the consent out of council by early Jan. We have beautiful hand drawn building plans from 1958 with imperial measurements, they are a work of art. Thanks for considering working on our project with us.
