I want to build a garage at the end of my driveway down the side of the house. It i will need a concrete slab in order to get level,Prob about 400mm at downlill end. Dimensions of approx 4 x 8 its western border is a boundary fence. I need drawings done to gain council consent and preferably a draughtsman to liase with council throughout the process. I will take care of coordinating the build. I'm just looking for a rough price for plans at this stage if everything was to go smoothly. Cheers
