We are doing the following and need consent, so therefore need drawings and where required a link up with an engineer; 1. Adding external wall insulation 2. Removing load bearing wall 3. Adding toilet to bathroom that only has bath, shower and sink. 4. Adding shower to laundry that only has toilet and sink. Job is ASAP. I do not have a big budget for this job.
