Rose Cottage Kahutara - urgent smallish drafting job

Hi - I met on site with Builder at the weekend, who was hoping to start our kitchen / laundry / bathroom renovation in about 10 weeks time. He’s decided that the extent of the work requires a draftperson, for both building consent and subbie instruction purposes. Attached are my drafts of current and future state, to give context. I’m planning to get a mitre 10 kitchen and they will draw up plan for that (meeting them Tuesday). However, I probably have to vent the rangehood where the shower is, so that might need to switch location. I’m looking for someone who can provide drafting within that timeframe and manage getting the building consent with the council. Priority job at present is what is shown in drawings, excluding outdoor shower and bath (just want to allow for plumbing now, drafting plans for that can happen when suits you). There are also a couple of other small drafting jobs that could be done now or later, depending on your availability. Help appreciated!! Don’t want to miss the window with my builder. Mel
