Needing plans for building consent for a simple 4 x7 cabin with lean to. All joinery is second hand and pre purchased. Stud a little higher than normal, pitched roof with exposed trusses. Concept ideas ready to go. Randomly picked budget, but need to keep costs as low as possible :-)
