House extension

We are due to settle on a property and will be looking to do some renovations on it in the near/ medium future. We are first just looking to redo carpets and paint the walls (to make it a bit more liveable) but in the 1 year plan would like to look at an extension so don't want to spend too much money on something we could ruin again. We are looking for someone interested/ and that has availability to look at an extension for the property? At this stage we are thinking of tidying up what's there/ changing the layout and adding a larger master, ensuite & WIR as well as maybe a second lounge. (Maybe remove a current room and turn this into the second lounge then add another bedroom) Cheers
