House extension/renovation - plans required

We currently have a 1970’s bungalow (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living space). We are looking at adding on a large master suite with ensuite and walk-in-robe as well as adding a large second living space with new kitchen, Butler’s pantry and an outdoor alfresco space as well as possible extending other spaces in the home and modernising the layout as much as possible. We are needing assistance in having some creative genius figure out how this would best be done and come up with a new floor plan so we can then get the build costed.
