Studio Space drawings for building consent required

My wife and I wish to build a 2.7m x 7m studio /sleep-out space on our property in Ohakune. I intend to build the structure myself but I need consent application drawings specifying appropriate specs for this zone (Ohakune is in a lee zone so it is designated a high wind zone). The structure is very basic; a single ridge apex roof running the length of the unit, a mezzanine floor at one end with partition wall under it and a cavity in the other end wall for a glazed unit, plus a few windows. We are not intending to plumb it at this stage. Drawings with dimensions are attached (ignore towbar references - we were considering doing this on a trailer base). We wish to line it with 12mm ply for a natural interior wood finish and use board and batten to clad it - example attached.
