I need plans done urgently please to apply for my Kiwisaver Starter Grant in order to purchase a section (out of town) that I've found(which has a lot of interest ). I just want a small one bedroom home with open plan living. I don't want or need anything fancy, I'm more of a practical than a flashy person. I do have limited funds. I have a plan in mind of what I want & can get that to you. I really appreciate your help with getting these plans done urgently. I do have photos & some official paperwork but I don't have it on me right now but can email it to you easily. I'm not sure what my budget will be as I'm unsure how much the services will cost from the gate to the house. I'm new at all this & would appreciate any help at all. Thank you.
