I have an older weatherboard state home, the back porch has two doors: one that leads into the kitchen and one that leads into the laundry. The wall that separates the kitchen from the laundry was removed some years ago to open up the kitchen. I'd like to close the porch in and remove the walls as a new kitchen is to be installed and at least one of the walls that I want removed is a load bearing wall. I need a quote from a draughtsman to draw up plans for council approval.
