Extension to 2nd floor deck

We need plans drawn up to submit to council for a small deck extension at our bach in Okere Falls, Rotorua. We are only wanting to extend the deck out by approximately 2 metres along approximately half of one end of the deck. Unfortunately as it is on the second story we need to have plans drawn up to submit to council to apply for a building consent. Ideally we would like to have this work completed before Christmas so we were hoping to have the plans submitted by late September or early October.
