I need a design/ plans that include redesigning the existing bathroom into a shared bathroom/ laundry space. I'd like the existing laundry (large!) converted into a studio unit with bedroom, bathroom and living space and a rework of the kitchen. The house is 241m2 with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathroom and 2 large living areas. Lots of options, no fixed ideas. Open to suggestion, on a budget.
