Draftsperson Needed, Plans for House Extension / Minor dwelling addition

In need of a draftsperson to draw up some plans for a house minor dwelling conversion / extension. Which will encompass a conversion of internal spaces into a minor dwelling with the need for an extension to replace the lost space from the mainhouse. Will need and initial consult around what is achievable in our budget. The we will need some basic concept plans and then on to construction plans and consents e.t.c. We are located in Albany Heights existing property is single level 216m2, 4 bedroom house. Planned extension will be on same level not going up. Timeline is ASAP.
