Dairy flat renovation plans and consent

I require Building code compliant plans, sections and details drawn and specifications provided for my minor house renovations ready to submit to council for consent. This involves dividing I x large bedroom into two, reconfiguring wardrobes, changing a couple of internal flush doors to cavity sliders, 1 x bathroom renovation, front entrance door widened. Ideally I need the consent ready for a builder to start before Xmas so need plans completed ready to submit to council by the end of September.
