Ongoing Architectural Review and Support Services

The Directors of a Resident’s Association is seeking proposals (to include rates) from qualified architects LOCAL TO THE WHANGAPARAOA PENINSULA for the provision of Architectural Design Review and Support Services to include: Part A – Primary Works Supporting the Association Board of Directors to issue design approval prior to Owner’s application for Council consent through the review of Member’s new build architectural and landscape development plans and if necessary, facilitate ONE on-site consultation with the Lot Owner and/or their architect to confirm compliance with all land covenants, Association Rules and Design Guidelines. On receipt of all due payments provide the Directors with a draft Approval Letter Part B – Subsequent and Ongoing Works Supporting the Board of Directors with site visits and/or consultation as necessary to ensure compliance Supporting Owners with additional site visits and/or consultation as necessary to achieve design approval Ensuring such Owner’s works shall be billed direct to and paid in full by the Owner prior to issue of draft Approval Letter to the Board. Providing Owners and the Board with ongoing architectural advice and support as may from time-to-time be required From time-to-time attending Board and General meetings (this has not happened in the last 3 years but should be allowed for when considering this RFP)
