Preliminary and Detailed Design for 145m2 SIP House and attached garage

Hi, I'm seeking a LBP Draftsperson for the design of a new build in Stanmore Bay. The frame and ceiling will be using Structural Insulated Panels, and foundations using screw piles. I already have a floor plan, but will need foundation design and cladding / roof, etc. This is quite a straightforward rectangle structure 20.3 x 7.2 with attached garage making an L shape.
