Garage addition on to existing house

We need a draughtsman to go over our plans as the existing plans that we have for a garage are 20 years old, as we never added the garage at the time the house was built. The garage will be attached to our existing house and will have an internal access. The proposed garage is approx 8m x 7m and has a full opening door in the front and a ranchslider exit at the other end - it will contain the laundry and freezers etc. The plans probably need updating slightly to enable us to gain a Building Consent. We would like this done as soon as possible and are ready to start the process so that the building work can be carried out before winter
