design for closed in deck/extension to existing unit

I have a one bedroom unit that I propose to add a 3m x 6m extension, similar to a conservatory, but with light wall cladding rather than a "glass box". Likely a flat louvre roof but want to finalise for Council consent, ideally before the 2020 shutdown
