Draftsperson needed for building consent

We are renovating and wish to open up a load bearing wall so require building consent. At the same time we are also planning an outdoor entertainment/outdoor kitchen/all weather dining area, so this will also require resource consent. We have (kitchen) designers already employed, just need the consent related plans drawn up and submitted ASAP. Renovation will ideally begin on the last week of January 2020. Please note, this job will be mainly done remotely- we live overseas so communication needs to be via Skype/FaceTime/email and/or local liaison with kitchen designer. Access to the house requirements pre-arrangement.

"We responded efficiently to initial concept designs, however with additional changes to the design being added to the plans just prior to our Christmas Holiday/Close down period, unfortunately this, coupled with a heavy workload leading up to the break, resulted in delays to our estimated schedule."
