Old house renovation
Job description
Renovations of old property near to Warkworth. Currently in due dillegeance phase of purchase , need some guidance please for obtaining building consents where needed and possible financial implications. A big ask but as we live in the Hawkes Bay -literally a flying visit - timing is difficult. We will be visiting the property on this coming Sunday 6th May for the day. - lAny help would greatly appreciated..
