Art studio conversion

Taking on a renovation of a renovation of an existing building with no council record of its construction. Need a site visit to assess conditions and advise on the constraints related to the project. Plans made based on the existing structure including floor plans, elevations, cross sections and plumbing/electrical plans all for building consent. Advice as to specialist consultants necessary ( structural engineer)
