180sqm house - Draughtsman needed
Job description
We have a simple house designed and require the drawings ready for the building consent. One storey, timber clad, mono-pitched roof plus an attached large deck. Foundation will be designed by an engineer as the section is sloppy. We would like to start the drawings in May 2021.

Very nice to deal with, always professional and communication is absolutely great, didn’t need to chase any emails or phone calls, received weekly updates. We did a house project with building consent, everything went well. I am very specific with things I want and the expectations I have and Hausplan did great under pressure.
