Renovation plans

Looking for someone to come and bring our ideas in line with whats possible and not possible. Looking at moving staircase around to enable better flow, utilise dead spaces, add storage, and enable construction of a new kitchen/dining/lounge space with flow to the decking area downstairs. Upstairs then reconfigured to be three bedrooms with an enlarged bathroom. Moving HWC to a new location. Many ideas, but need to get an experienced draughtsman/architect to work it all out for us and come up with some designs. I have a copy of the original designs for the house which is ex state house. Good bones, but somewhat problematic in current form for ideal living.
