Draftsperson needed: renos

We are looking to open up the space in our 1970's home - so in need of a set of plans. We're hopeful to make a start with our renovations in October this year. Our vision includes remodelling the entrance way, removing internal (existing kitchen) walls, creating a wide barn door entrance into an existing conservatory area and repositioning windows/doors so we're able to relocate our kitchen from the tiny box it is currently - to an open plan vista, looking out to our deck. We already have kitchen designs for the new space and because we're pretty handy, we are keen to do as much of the work as we can. Just needing some trusty plans to work from and to help figure what we'll need to bring the professionals in for! Happy to take recommendations for local builders too please.
