We have an existing home that needs accurate, as built plans drawing up. We need someone local in Auckland who can measure up the existing house and then draw in Autodesk/Revit. We plan to do an alteration but the council only have old original microfiche plans and require full existing plans to work off. The house is 340 sqm and 5 bedrooms. Plans need to be accurate as they are required by the council for alteration building compliance and then construction of alteration. Please submit some examples.
