Shed converted to sleepout

Hi, we are looking for help with planning and consent of our shed to sleepout conversion on a cross lease in Awapuni, Palmerston North. Planning to put in toilet, shower and vanity. Will need sewage hookup. Replace a garage door with similar wall and cladding. Also we need to create a drainage plan as we will need to pump the storm water and ground water collected by sump to the street. Happy to give any more info needed. Thanks in advance , Josh
