4 container apartments.

This is a new design to create extra spaces above for living extension and 4 car parks below the apartments. I enclosed a simple idea here of 4 room being lifted up by a shipping container on either side. You can imagine each room is replaced by a 40 foot long container. The stairways go up by the sides to the front and back of the 4 containers! I think the job is relative easy as the prefabricated containers give it the modular design. Below are some photos for illustrations and the actual section of 730 m2 more or less is also shown on good flat vacant section with a small house of 100 m2 in front at 44 Tyne Street in Roslyn area. I hope to be able to get some keen professional to start enquiring about this project.
