To apply for resource consent to build 1 to 2 towers for rental

i am looking for a daughtsman who can draw building plans etc to the stage of Resource Consent application and success. This projection is about stacking up 2 to 3 shipping containers to form 1 Tower on a concrete foundation. The section is about 730 m2 with a small house on it which can be moved away if required. The aerial photo shows the actual section in the Roslyn area in Palmy. This job with be extremely rewarding to the right person who design the plan with my input. I have a few great concepts to be built into the drawings. Of my head the small house is about 100 m2 more or less. Early start is expected. Plan to the stage of successful resource consent must be finished on time for the city planners to consider the whole project. A meeting with the city planners is required and you are required to attend if you are awarded the job by me. The successful person should be able to work well with all the professions involved with shipping containers convertion to great amazing houses. If you have past experience in designing new containers houses you are most welcome to join me. On the other hand if you have no experience in designing or working with containers as long as you are willing to put in extra effort to keep up with us I like to meet you. Below I have given several screenshots of 3 containers stacked on top of one another to form a mini Tower. This will give you an idea of what I am trying to achieve. For new draughtsman please do not be afraid to try designing shipping containers as I have structural Engineers to check the building structures are really good and city council approved of it.
