Ensuite for 3 brm home

Adding an ensuite next to our master bedroom. 1780 x 2500 space Axcess door from bedroom 850mm wide. Possibly cavity slider if things are tight. To keep costs down just a 900 enclosed shower. Laundry is behind the clock wall for easy access to water works. Other toilet is about 2500 away for an outlet. As the room is on the inside of the house perhaps install high glass panes for natural light from laundry. Door has glass on it too. Extractor fan accessibilty is good too and lighting would need rerouting a little. Powerpoint in pic can be turned around into laundry
