Plans Required for Home Extension and Renovation

Looking for drafting services for an extension and thorough renovation of a single level 90m2 home in Torbay. Home was built in the late 1970's and currently consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a car port. We would like plans for the following extensions and renovations: - Adding an additional wing to the home, containing 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. - Extending the lounge and living space out by a metre. - A redesign of the existing home's interior layout. - The addition of a two car garage - Changing to homes room profile - Exterior design changes including a new vertical weather board cladding and new joinery - A new deck The attached photos show a rough approximation of the current interior layout of the existing home, and the size of the planned extension and garage.
