Villa extension

We have an original 100sqm villa and are wanting to do a small extension down the length of the house on the bay window side roughly 9.5m long by 2.5m wide to allow us to regig part of the house to add a 3rd bedroom and ensuite. Also looking at potentially converting the attic which would need staircase and 2x dormer windows. Need help to draw up the plans to put through council for consent
