We have a double garage out the back of our house, which we would like to fully convert into a habitable space, including a bedroom, an office, laundry and storage area. Note the laundry is currently in the garage already. We have off street parking so there is no issue doing this from a regulations perspective. We would like some assistance with the design and drawings, as well as the council building consent process (note resource consent is not required).
