Putting in a new, bigger window on load bearing wall and shifting another

I need basic plans that show a new, bigger window to be put into an existing space and a small bathroom window to be shifted to one side by about 350mm to allow for the shower box to go into the corner of the bathroom. This is not complicated, but I need plans, so I can then involve an engineer for the calculations. I am planning to start this work in the new year, January 2021, so the sooner I get the plans, the better. I really have no idea how much it will cost to have this done, so forgive me if my estimate below is totally wrong and it should not put you off.
