Draft needed for council consent of laundry/bathroom conversion

We’re converting our laundry into a bathroom. We need to submit a draft/drawing to the council for consent as we are adding a toilet and shower into an area that doesn’t currently have those things. We’ve spoken to a builder and plumber and confirmed it’s a simple job as we’re not changing anything structural and it’s right next to our current bathroom so plumbing is easy. This is needed urgently, we are available any day/time this week that suits.
