Looking for a Designer / Draftsman

Hi There! We are about to start renovating our kitchen and need 3 structural changes made 1) We need a piece of roof added to replace a glass box window (concerned about potential for them to leak as its a common issue) 2) Replace windows with double glazed windows 3) Knocking down an internal structural wall - replacing with a steel beam and post on one end (green wall with mirror in pictures) Looking for someone to advise on the design & put together the relevant docs needed for council approval. Kitchen design can probably be included in work too but not essential Obviously would want someone ADNZ certified
