Change foot print of lower level.

Hello, My neighbor is listing his house in October and we have a cross lease title with him, we are wanting a draft for a few alterations at our home that he can sign off on before they move. Currently the area that we want to extend is the lower level of our house and it lends itself to be a self contained suite as it already has 2 bedrooms, a small lounge ,Out door area, laundry room, separate toilet and a separate bathroom. Can you help us with our vision for a better designed space that can be signed off with our neighbors, we are not after a bespoke space just a better designed space that can be sealed off in the future for an additional income or extended family retreat.
